Imagine a project that defies gravity and requires a retractable 24-foot roof for stargazing. Leaver Construction designed & built a steel structure to hold the roof. The project required a separate concrete footing to attach and stabilize up to 3 telescopes. And now at the touch of a button the homeowner can study the night sky.
The homeowner wanted a sanctuary where he could relax, unwind and meditate. Leaver Construction transformed a dirt-floored, run-down barn into a beautiful sanctuary. The project required lifting the barn off the ground 36” and constructing a floor. Jeff also created a custom carved roof ornament, sliding pocket doors and high-end details throughout.
Creating a genuine, sound proof, high-end music studio was no small feat. It required 10” thick walls, followed by 3” acoustics panels on the walls/ceiling and a 900-pound 4” concrete-filled door. All of this is also tied to a tracking room and now the client has a professional sound studio in his pool house.
